Good Life® Order Cancellations & Changes Policy
If you need to cancel or make changes (address, shipping method, etc.) to an order that has already been placed, these must be done within 24 HOURS of the time the order was placed. These changes must be made by calling our Customer Care Center during business hours: Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm PST. We cannot accept cancellations or changes via email.
If you need to change an order that was placed on a Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday (PST), you must call at the beginning of the business day on Monday.
If an order needs to be canceled or changed after it has already shipped (or after the first 24 hours) there will be a Non-Refundable $10 Fee charged to the credit card used for the original order. If the order has already shipped, we cannot refund your original shipping costs for a package that has been refused or otherwise sent back. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
